Membership and mailing list

How do I become a member of BONDS Bumps & Baby club?

Membership is free! You just need to go to http://www.bonds.com.au/bumpsandbaby/RegisterUser.aspx, enter your details and click "Submit" at the bottom of the screen. You will receive an activation email to the email address you provided. You need to click the confirmation link in this email before your account will become active. If you can't find the activation email check your junk mail folder. If you still can't find it, go to http://www.bonds.com.au/bumpsandbaby/ForgotPasswordPage.aspx and enter your email address to receive another activation email.

How do I join the BONDS Mailing List?

When you sign up to be a Bumps & Baby member you can opt in to receive news via email. If you check this box we'll keep you up to date on Baby and Maternity related BONDS news. If you'd like to opt in to receive information about other BONDS products (like menswear) go to http://www.bonds.com.au/#contactUs, click on "Mailing List" and enter your details.

How do I unsubscribe (opt out) from the mailing list?

If you're a Bumps & Baby member you can opt out of receiving emails by updating your profile. Log in at the top right of the Bumps & Baby homepage and then click "MANAGE ACCOUNT". You then just need to uncheck the box that asks if you want to join the mailing list.

If you're not a Bumps & Baby member, you can unsubscribe by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email you receive from BONDS. You’ll then need to enter the email address to which the email was sent and click "Unsubscribe".

Competition entries and photo uploads

How long does it take for my images in the competition to be displayed on the BONDS website?

It generally takes up to 24 hours for your images to be displayed. If you enter outside of normal business hours, your image may not display until the next business day.

I entered a competition or uploaded a photo, but it's not on the site

All images uploaded to BONDS or Bumps & Baby are moderated before they appear on the site. If the content of an image is deemed inappropriate your image may be rejected and you may not be notified of this. Please ensure that you have read the appropriate guidelines before submitting any photos to the site.

Technical questions and errors

I can't view the BONDS Catalogue

The BONDS website uses Flash. You may need to install the latest version of Flash player. Just go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ and follow the instructions.

If you have the latest version of Flash and you still can't see the Catalogue, try refreshing the page. If you still can't see it please let us know by reporting a bug here: http://www.bonds.com.au/bumpsandbaby/ErrorReport.aspx.

I can't view or upload pictures in the competition

The Bumps & Baby competitions often use Flash. If you are having troubles viewing or uploading image to the competition first try installing the latest version of Flash here: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

If you are still having troubles:

  • Make sure if you are required to be logged in to enter the competition that you have logged in at the top right hand corner of the page
  • Make sure you have filled in all the required fields correctly (including agreeing the competition Terms & Conditions)
  • Make sure the file you are trying to upload is a JPEG or GIF file and is not corrupted
  • Refresh the page and try again

The BONDS website is not displaying on my computer screen

I signed up for Bumps & Baby but I can't log in. What's wrong?

The most common reason you can't log in to Bumps & Baby after you’ve signed up is that you haven't clicked on the confirmation link in the activation email. When you sign up you receive a registration activation email to the email address that you entered in the registration form. You won’t be able to log in to Bumps & Baby until you've clicked the verification link in that email.

Once you’ve clicked on the link in the confirmation email you can login at the top right hand corner of any page on the site by entering the email address and password that you registered with. If you've forgotten your password click "FORGOTTEN PASSWORD?" or click here: http://www.bonds.com.au/bumpsandbaby/ForgotPasswordPage.aspx and enter your email address. Your password will be emailed to you.

I didn't receive (or can't find) my registration confirmation email

  1. Check your junk mail folder. Sometimes the Bumps & Baby registration confirmation email will go to the junk mail or "Spam" folder, especially if you are using hotmail. Make sure that you add bumpsandbaby@bonds.com.au and bonds@bonds.com.au to your list of safe senders so that emails from us will go to your inbox in the future.
  2. Still can't find the email? At the top right hand corner of the Bumps & Baby website is a link that says "FORGOTTEN PASSWORD?" Click on that link, or simply click here: http://www.bonds.com.au/bumpsandbaby/ForgotPasswordPage.aspx. Enter your email address and click submit. If your account is not yet activated you will receive a new activation email. Click the activation link in this email to activate your account.

I'm trying to register, but get the error message "All mandatory fields must be completed in order to proceed."

We're afraid this is exactly what it sounds like – you need to fill in all the fields that have a red asterix next to them. In particular, make sure that you enter the same password twice in the password fields and the forum password fields, and make sure that this password is 5 characters or more for your Bumps & Baby password and 3-32 characters for your Essential Baby password.

I'm trying to register, but get the error message "Object not set to an instance of an object".
