For delivery within Australia, you can track your order's progress through Australia Post by clicking here.
For deliveries outside of Australia you can call our friendly customer service team on 0800 266 376 (NZ customers) or +61 3 8862 1790 (customers located elsewhere), Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm AEDT.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Standard shipping will take 2 to 5 working days from receipt of your order using Australia post and is free.
Where available, express shipping will take 1 to 2 working days from dispatch of your order for Australian capital cities and a flat rate of $9.95 will apply.
International orders will take 5-10 working days from receipt, please keep in mind that orders to New Zealand can not be delivered to a P.O. box. International orders will be delivered via DHL and the following rates will apply:
CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND COLLECT FROM A RETAILER THAT SELLS BONDS?
NO, when shopping online at bonds.com.au, all items are shipped direct from our warehouse.
WHY IS THERE A DELAY BETWEEN THE DISPATCH EMAIL AND DELIVERY?
We send a dispatch email when the parcel leaves us. Depending on the shipping service you've chosen, your parcel will then spend a certain amount of time in transit before being delivered to you.
CAN I SEND AN ORDER TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?
YES, you can send your order to another address other than your registered address, which is useful if you're sending gifts.
