With an enviable bod that’s graced the covers of many a magazine, Iggy Azalea has become the poster babe for body love and self-confidence. How do you get fit in the lead up to a performance?
What’s your favourite outfit to work out it in?
What’s your clear-skin secret when you’re wearing make-up for shoots/tour/work so often?
I treat myself to a laser facial every now and again.
How has your approach to fitness and food changed since moving to the US (if at all)?
Everybody in L.A. eats so healthy, but I honestly can’t stand it.
What’s your fave form of exercise, and do you have a regular workout routine (personal trainer or otherwise)?
I really don’t. I workout a few times a week, but it’s just regular boring stuff, no personal trainer. And of course, horseback riding.
Does that change much when you’re touring?
Yeah it can be difficult to fit a workout in because every day is so packed between sound check, glam, touring, etc.
