This Bonds x Hot Wheels range is packed full of baby and kids' product, featuring exclusive graphic prints. It is available in sizes 0000 to 10, including Zippys, Sleep Sets, Long Sleeve T-Shirts, Leggings, Trackies, Fleece Hoodies and kids' underwear options.

Don't worry, you can still get your hands on our Hot Wheels range either by shopping it online or via using our Store to Door service. Visit your nearest Bonds or Bonds Kids store (not Bonds Outlet store) and they'll organise your Hot Wheels order, irrespective of wether they stock the range or not. Your order will then be shipped to you, free of charge!

This Bonds x Cinderella range is packed full of fun with Baby and Kids products including Zippy, Sleep Sets, Dresses and Kids Crew Socks.
- What products are featured in the Bonds x Cinderella range and what sizes are available?
The range features exclusive Bonds x Cinderella prints across the below items and sizes:
- Baby Zippy (size 0000-3) available in three prints
- Sleep Sets and bag (size 1 - 10) available in three prints
- Kids dress available in one print
- Kids Crew Socks
- I saw that you were ranging Kids Socks in the Bonds x Cinderella range but I can't find them in-store. Where can I buy these socks?

- What COVID Safe Practices will you have in-store to ensure my safety while shopping?
We continue to have COVID-19 safety measures in place throughout all of our Bonds stores. To keep everyone healthy and happy in-store we are:
- Allowing a limited/specific number of customers in our stores depending on the size of the store and the maximum number of persons in store in line with social distancing guidelines. Each stores maximum number is highlighted at the entrance to our store and our teams are ensuring this limit is adhered to.
- Ensuring that there is a socially distanced line outside or stores. If the number of people becomes too many, we will take customers numbers down and offer up a ticketing system for people to enter our stores. Whereby our store team will call you once you are at the start of the queue to return to the store. Ensuring safely distanced shopping.
- We will also be collecting names/numbers of people who visit the store on launch day if our maximum number of customers in store is at capacity.
- Social distancing of 1.5 metres within our store.
- Hand sanitiser is on offer as you enter and leave our stores.
- Regular cleaning of surfaces is being conducted three times a day.
- Contactless payment supported.
- It's not responsible to send lots of people to store while COVID is on.

We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed. Following feedback on our last few launches, we heard our customers loud and clear. To ensure the best possible shopping experience, we’ve changed up our processes to provide all Bonds & Me members with early information to our collaboration ranges – so they can shop the range before everyone else knows about it. We also capped product at 3 items per style. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that the range still won’t sell quickly and products are available only while stocks last. So please ensure you are signed up to Bonds & Me for all the latest news on our launches.
- Is there a limit on how many items people can buy?
While many customers are respectful of appropriate quantities for personal use, we recognise that some customers have been buying into our collaboration ranges with the intent of on-selling this product. Our Bonds x Cinderella collaboration range is now capped to limit of 3 items per size per style with a maximum of 10 items per transaction. We monitor all orders to ensure that these limits are adhered to.
- I didn't get a chance to buy the range before it sold out, when will you be restocking?
We’re pleased there is a lot of love for the Bonds x Cinderella range. As this is a limited-edition range, these products are only available while stocks last. Stay tuned for more exciting collaborations coming soon!
- What is store to door and when will it be available?
Store to Door allows you to purchase an item in any full priced Bonds or Bonds Kids store (excluding Bonds Outlets), even if that store doesn’t have it in stock. The team can search for the item, add it to the transaction and you finalise the sale in store. Your items will then sent to your home, free of charge. Store to Door will be available from Friday 23rd July.
- Can I call a store that is stocking the Bonds x Cinderella range and place my order?
No, our team are unable to process payments over the phone, however visit any Bonds or Bonds Kids store and they can process your order even if they don’t have the stock in their individual store – it’s our Store to Door service. Plus this range is stocked at Bonds.com.au so you can easily shop from our website.
- Can I place my Store to Door order with Customer Service?

- Why were items in my Bonds x Cinderella order refunded?
We are sorry, unfortunately due to a high volume of customers at checkout during launch and the number of orders raised in quick succession, our website experienced system errors and we will need to refund specific products that were sold out at the time of your order placement. You will receive a refund for only the affected Bonds x Cinderella purchase/s and the rest of your order will remain. We’re so sorry for this error and appreciate your understanding.
- You have part-refunded my order. Will I still receive the other products?
Yes. Unfortunately, due to a high volume of customers at checkout during launch and the number of orders raised in quick succession, our website experienced system errors and we will need to refund specific products that were sold out at the time of your order placement. You will still receive the other products in your order, and only the affected Bonds x Cinderella purchases will be cancelled and any payment refunded. We’re so sorry for this error and appreciate your understanding.
- My order status still says ‘pending’ or I’m yet to receive my order confirmation email, has my order gone through?
Due to a high volume of orders for our recent Bonds x Cinderella launch there can be a delay in receiving order confirmations. We are sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
- Will the items that were oversold online be available in store?
We're so sorry for this error. The selected stores receiving the Bonds x Cinderella range will stock the Zippy styles that were oversold. Quantities are limited and some stores remain closed due to COVID-19. For the stores ranging this product please see list above. We are sorry for the error and appreciate your patience.
- When can I expect my refund for oversold items?
We’re so sorry for this error and appreciate your understanding. We have processed a refund for oversold Zippy purchase/s back to the method of payment, this may take 3-5 business days to appear. Again we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
