Account Discounts
The promotional discount is not reflecting properly in my shopping bag.
If you are signed into your Bonds & Me account, your membership discount will always display on each product. Further to this, if you are purchasing during a 40% off sale and you are a 30% member, only an additional 10% will display as a discount at the checkout, totalling 40% off.
Please keep in mind your membership discount and promotional discount will never be applied to items marked ‘on sale while stock lasts.’ If your Bonds & Me member discount is not displaying, please sign in to your account first.
My Bonds & Me account has changed from 30% - 20% discount?
If you are a Bonds & Me 30% member and have spent under $300 within a year, your account will revert back to a 20% membership. To become a 30% member again, you will have to spend over $300 per year to re-upgrade your account.

If you are a Bonds & Me 20% member and have spent under $100 within a year, your account will revert back to a 10% membership. To become a 20% member again, you will have to spend over $100 per year to re-upgrade your account.
