WHY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Due to the special custom nature of each design, returns and exchanges aren't available on personalised products. Customers are prompted to review their designs thoroughly before proceeding to the checkout.
WHY DOESN'T MY BONDS & ME DISCOUNT APPLY?
Discounts (including Bonds & Me) aren't available on personalised products because of the custom design process involved in creating each product.
WHAT CAN I PRINT?
Personalised characters are limited to upper case letters A-Z, numbers 0-9, apostrophe, full stops and spaces. Bonds reserves the right to not print anything we consider to be inappropriate or offensive, including swear words.
CAN I ADD MULTIPLE PERSONALISATION PRINTS?
For many products there are multiple personalisation prints to choose from:
- Zippy options: Text on back, year on back, and text on leg
- Romper options: Text on back and year on back
- Cosysuit options: Text on back, year on back, and text on leg
- Kidsâ sleepwear options: Text on back
- Menâs trunks options: Text on back and text on leg
- Womenâs undie options: Text on back
However, only one personalisation print is permitted per product. You cannot add multiple personalisation prints to the same product.
WHAT SIZE IS THE TEXT?
For sizes 0000, 000 and 00 the font size is medium. For sizes 0, 1, 2, and 3 the font size is large.

Because of the custom printing process, personalised product can take a little longer to be delivered than usual. Depending on where you live within Australia, please allow up to 14 business days for your product to arrive. If you haven't received your product within this time, and you haven't received a notification from us of a delay, please contact Customer Service on 1800 806 906 (between 8:00AM - 5:30PM AEDT Monday - Friday), via Live Chat or email.
WHY ISN'T EXPRESS SHIPPING AVAILABLE?
Express shipping is unavailable for personalised product due to the time it takes to custom print each design.
I ACCIDENTALLY TYPED IN THE WRONG NAME / DATE OR SELECTED THE WRONG STYLE / SIZE ETC. EEK!

Unfortunately, due to the special custom nature of each design, we are unable to offer a return or exchange for any incorrect spelling, style or size selections entered at the time of the order. MY PRODUCT DOESNâT LOOK THE SAME AS IT DID WHEN I PREVIEWED IT ONLINE?
The preview screen can only provide an example of what your personalised product will look like in real life. Due to the way each garment fabric is printed and stitched, often there are some small variations which can affect the how personalisation appears from how it displayed in the preview screen.
CAN I BUY A PERSONALISED PRODUCTS IN STORE?
Currently, our personalised product service is only available online.
CAN I HAVE MY PERSONALISED PRODUCTS SHIPPED OVERSEAS?
Unfortunately, not. Our personalised products are only available for online orders delivered within Australia.
HOW ARE THEY PERSONALISED?
The method of personalisation we use is Vinyl Heat Transfer, which takes each design and prints them onto the fabric.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY PERSONALISED PRODUCT?
Every care has been taken to ensure your personalised product is of the highest quality. To prolong the life of the personalisation, avoid hot washes and tumble drying when washing your product.
CAN I USE A BONDS GIFT CARD TO PURCHASE A PERSONALISED PRODUCT?
Yes you can! However, as specified above personalised items are excluded from all discounting, including Bonds & Me.
