WHY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Due to the special custom nature of each design, returns and exchanges aren't available on personalised Zippys. Customers are prompted to review their designs thoroughly before proceeding to the checkout.
WHY DOESN'T MY BONDS & ME DISCOUNT APPLY?
Discounts (including Bonds & Me) aren't available on personalised Zippys because of the custom design process involved in creating each product.
WHAT CAN I PRINT?
Personalised characters are limited to upper case letters A-Z, numbers 0-9, apostrophe, full stops and spaces. Bonds reserves the right to not print anything we consider to be inappropriate or offensive, including swear words.
CAN I ADD MULTIPLE PERSONALISATION PRINTS?
There are three different personalisation prints to choose from - text on back, year on back, and text on leg. However, only one personalisation print is permitted per Zippy. You cannot add multiple personalisation prints to the same Zippy.
WHAT SIZE IS THE TEXT?
For sizes 0000, 000 and 00 the font size is medium. For sizes 0, 1, 2, and 3 the font size is large.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PERSONALISED ZIPPY. HELP!
Because of the custom printing process, personalised Zippys can take a little longer to be delivered than usual. Depending on where you live within Australia, please allow up to 14 business days for your Zippy to arrive. If you haven't received your Zippy within this time, and you haven't received a notification from us of a delay, please contact Customer Service on 1800 806 906 (between 8:00AM - 5:30PM AEST Monday - Friday), via Live Chat or email.
WHY ISN'T EXPRESS SHIPPING AVAILABLE?
Express shipping is unavailable for personalised Zippys due to the time it takes to custom print each design.
I ACCIDENTALLY TYPED IN THE WRONG NAME / DATE OR SELECTED THE WRONG STYLE / SIZE ETC. EEK!

Unfortunately, due to the special custom nature of each design, we are unable to offer a return or exchange for any incorrect spelling, style or size selections entered at the time of the order. CAN I BUY A PERSONALISED ZIPPY IN STORE?
Currently, our personalised Zippy service is only available online.
CAN I HAVE MY PERSONALISED ZIPPY SHIPPED OVERSEAS?
Unfortunately, not. Our personalised Zippys are only available for online orders delivered within Australia.
HOW ARE THEY PERSONALISED?
The method of personalisation we use is Vinyl Heat Transfer, which takes each design and prints them onto the fabric. It is important that you follow the care instructions enclosed with your order (and explained below) to help preserve the personalisation.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY PERSONALISED ZIPPY?
Every care has been taken to ensure your personalised Zippy is of the highest quality. To prolong the life of the personalisation, remember to follow the special care instructions included with your online order. Avoid hot washes and tumble drying when washing your Zippy.
CAN I USE A BONDS GIFT CARD TO PURCHASE A PERSONALISED ZIPPY?
Yes you can! However, as specified above personalised items are excluded from all discounting, including Bonds & Me.
