My mum, always.

What does confidence mean to you?

It’s all about self-love. Even the things that may make you feel insecure are unique to you, they make you who you are an nobody else. Learning to love them is the hardest but best thing you can do for yourself.

If you had 15 more minutes in the morning, what would you squeeze in?

Meditation!

Which undies make you feel your best?

A nice cotton Boyfit short. Comfy and cute!

What advice would you give to your younger self?

Everything will make sense later in life. And no matter what you’re going through now, trust the process and know you’ll come out on top.

What do you think is the biggest issue facing women today?

There’s honestly so much that I can talk about, but I’m glad it’s all surfacing and gaining attention with movements such as Time’s Up and #MeToo, I’m so proud that women everywhere are making their difficult stories heard. For those who aren’t quite able to share, I’m glad they can at least know they are not alone.
