- How do Bonds Bloody Comfy™ Undies work?
Bonds Bloody Comfy™ Period Undies are leak proof period undies that, depending on your flow, can replace liners, pads, tampons, and cups, or can be worn with tampons or cups for extra protection. They have been designed with innovative layered technology to help keep you dry and avoid leaks.
- Which absorbency level is right for me?
Bonds Bloody Comfy™ Period Undies absorbency levels vary from “ultra-light days” through to “overnight” styles depending on your flow. As a guide:
- Our “ultra light day” styles equates to 1 tampon’s worth
- Our “light day” styles equates to 2 tampons’ worth
- Our “moderate day” styles equates to 3 tampons’ worth
- Our “heavy day” styles equates to 4 tampons’ worth
- Our "overnight" style equates to 8 tampons' worth
If you are unsure of your flow, we recommend using the “heavy” absorbency styles. For first time users, we suggest trying the product at home first to see what styles best work for you.
- How do I pick the right size underwear?
We expect that you will need the same size as your usual Bonds underwear but you can also use our handy size chart to help figure out which size is right for you. Note: they are designed to be a snug fit to help you feel secure. Size up if you prefer a bit more wiggle room.
- What’s the difference between Ultra Light, Light, Moderate, Heavy and Overnight?
Bonds Bloody Comfy™ Period Undies “ultra-light days” equates to 1 tampon’s worth. We recommend using during your ultra-light period days, period spotting, or back-up protection when you aren’t sure when your period will arrive.
Bonds Bloody Comfy™ Period Undies “light days” equates to 2 tampons’ worth. We recommend using during your light period days, period spotting, or back-up protection when you aren’t sure when your period will arrive.
Bonds Bloody Comfy™ Period Undies “moderate days” equates to 3 tampons’ worth. We recommend using during your moderate period days.
Bonds Bloody Comfy™ Period Undies “heavy days” equates to 4 tampons’ worth. We recommend using during your heavy period days or extra overnight protection.

- How do I take care of / wash my Bonds Bloody Comfy™ Period Undies?
Wash me just like anything else. We recommend following these 4 easy steps;
- Step 1: Rinse until water runs clear
- Step 2: Give me a nice cold wash
- Step 3: line dry only (eco points!)
- Step 4: twiddle your thumbs, you're done
