- What is Merch Shop?
Merch Shop is a one stop collab shop for exclusive licensed/collab ranges designed on iconic Bonds styles for Baby, Kids and grown ups. Each range can feature favourite characters, famous movies, bands, TV shows and more.
- How often do new Merch Shop releases happen?
Newness will approximately drop every 4-6 weeks, but make sure you’re a Bonds Rewards member and subscribed to our emails for notifications on each collab range.
- How do I get member access to Merch Shop products?

- Why are there Rio collabs in the Merch Shop?
Designed by our good mates at Rio, Merch Shop will also range a small number of capsules on Rio products with prints of favourite characters, famous movies, bands, TV shows and more.
- Where can I buy Merch Shop products?
All licensed/collab Bonds products can be purchased online in our Merch Shop page. Some of the products may be available at our Bonds stores, selected wholesalers including Target, Big W, and The Iconic. This is subject to change and will depend on each individual licensed/collab range.
- Why can't I find all Merch Shop products at Bonds stores?
We want to ensure the best experience for everyone and access regardless of geographical location to our licensed/collab Bonds products. Some of the range may be available at our Bonds stores or selected wholesalers but is subject to change and will depend on each individual licensed/collab range. All Bonds full price and Kids stores will offer the Bonds Movie Magic range via our Store to Door option.
- What Bonds products are in the Merch Shop?
You'll find licensed Bonds Baby and Kids styles including clothing, Zippys, Sleep, and Underwear. Some collab capsules may also contain Bonds styles for grown ups. What items are available and who they’re created for may be subject to change and will depend on each individual licensed/collab range.
- What sizes does the Merch Shop carry?
Depending on the individual licensed/collab range, the Merch Shop products are typically available in Bonds Kids and Baby sizing.
- I wasn't notified about a Merch Shop drop and missed out.

To ensure the best possible shopping experience, we’ve changed our processes to provide all Bonds Rewards members with early access information about our licensed/collab ranges. - I didn’t receive any emails about Merch Shop or other Collabs.
To receive our emails, go into your Bonds Rewards online account and check your subscription. If you’re a subscribed member already, check your spam/junk folder. Please note due to delays with some email platforms, we can’t guarantee that email newsletters will come through inboxes at the same time for all customers.
- Can I get a discount on the Bonds Merch Shop products?
All products as part of the Bonds Merch Shop will only be discounted if they’re included within a promotion or Sale on our website, and will otherwise be sold at their RRP in Australian Dollars.
- I can’t access the range online, how do I see the Merch Shop?
To access the Merch Shop during Members Early Access, you will need to be signed into your Bonds Rewards accounts via bonds.com.au. From then, the range will be made available to the public. Not a member? Sign up here.
- I'm offended by the Bonds Merch Shop products.

- I would like to raise a formal complaint about the advertising I have seen.

- I saw the range at other retailers first and not on the Bonds website, it’s not fair.
