- How do I know if I’ve won?
Winners will receive a Golden Ticket with their Bonds order, and we’ll also reach out via email within 7 days of your order being delivered to confirm your win and arrange the bank transfer.
- How will the winner be chosen?
All orders made within each hour will be compiled and a winner will be drawn at random.
- Where will the winners be announced?
We’ll publish the winners’ details on bonds.com.au on Thursday 7 August 2025.
- What if I win more than one draw?
Each person can only win once. If your name is drawn as a winner in multiple hourly draws, only your first win will count—and we’ll redraw the others.
- What if I don’t claim my prize?
If a prize goes unclaimed for 3 months, we’ll run a redraw to find a new winner.
- How will I receive my prize if I win?
If you’re a winner, we’ll arrange a bank transfer of the $7,000 AUD after confirming your details via email. It’s important you respond promptly and accurately to that email.
- Do I need to keep proof of my order?
While not explicitly required, it’s always a good idea to keep your order confirmation email and Golden Ticket from your Online order. This helps us verify your entry if needed.
- Can I return my order if I win?
If you’re a Bonds Rewards member and made your purchase during the promotional period, change-of-mind returns aren’t allowed. However, faulty items are still covered under your consumer rights.
- What if I place multiple orders in different hours?
Each order enters the draw corresponding to the hour it was placed. So if you make purchases in different hours, you'll be entered into multiple hourly draws.
- What happens if I entered more than once?
More purchases made via your Bonds Rewards account = more chances to win. If you are found to be creating multiple Bonds Rewards accounts under multiple names, you will be disqualified.
- Can I update my contact details after entering?
Yes. If your contact details change during the Promotion Period, it’s your responsibility to notify us directly.
