All returns require proof of purchase (either physical or emailed invoice or transaction record linked to your Bonds & Me account) and any refunds processed will be performed using the original method of payment (i.e. Credit Card, PayPal, AfterPay, Gift Card).

If you change your mind and wish to exchange or refund your goods, we will accept returns provided that the return is made within 60 days from the date of purchase. Returns are not valid for items where this threshold is exceeded.

If you change your mind and wish to refund your goods, we will accept returns provided that: the goods have not been used; the goods are returned in their original packaging; and the goods are not excluded goods from the change of mind policy.

The following policy applies to both in-store and online returns:

Items purchased more than 60 days ago cannot be returned.

Used items, washed items and items without the original tags/labels attached cannot be returned.

Gifts cards cannot be returned.

Masks cannot be returned.

Personalised items cannot be returned.

International orders cannot be returned.

Swimwear without the hygiene sticker attached cannot be returned.

Non-Bonds hosiery (e.g Voodoo, Kayser, Sheer Relief, Razzamatazz etc) cannot be returned.

Items purchased from a Warehouse and/or Clearance Sale cannot be returned.

Online purchases can be returned either via mail, or to any Bonds, Bonds Kids or Bonds Outlet store.

If purchased at a Bonds, Bonds Kids or Bonds Outlet store, items can be returned to any Bonds, Bonds Kids or Bonds Outlet store.

If purchased at a Bonds Outlet store, items can be returned to any Bonds Outlet store only.

Items cannot be returned to a Bonds Clearance store or third party retailer, e.g. Myer, Target, Woolworths, Best & Less etc; returns should be made via that specific retailer.

If purchased through Click & Collect, returns can be made via our online returns system or at any Bonds, Bonds Kids or Bonds Outlet store.
