You don't need to rinse your Whoopsies, simply throw them into the washing machine on a cold wash.

• It may be that the size selected is in incorrect, make sure you follow the size guide.

• It's absorbing too much liquid and overflowing; make sure that your little one is going to the toilet as soon as they need to go, as these undies are not a nappy. 

• In the case that the above instructions are followed and your Whoopsies continue to leak, please visit your nearest store for an exchange or contact our Customer Support team for help.

This can vary depending on how many "wee" moments your little one has & how much liquid is absorbed, you may need to change them accordingly through the day. 

No biggie - remove the soiling into the toilet and machine wash your Whoopsies immediately. Please note that Whoopsies undies are not designed to contain number two accidents!

We always recommend using our size guide, and if your child is in between sizes, please size down. It's important the garment fits firm around the legs to minimise any leaks, so keep it snug!

Depending on where your little one is at in their toilet training journey, we recommend having a few pairs to support you each day. As they progress and the wee accidents begin to decrease, Whoopsies can still be worn to help your babes and as reassurance for your pee-ce of mind!
