- What is Bonds Rewards 24/7 Day?
Bonds Rewards 24/7 Day is our biggest member event of the year! For 24 hours, Bonds Rewards members can enjoy exclusive experiences, including our Scratch & Win promotion, surprise merch drops and an exclusive members-only live gig in Sydney.
- Will there be exclusive products or events?
Yes! Rewards 24/7 Day includes surprise merch drops at selected Bonds stores around Australia, plus an exclusive members-only live gig in Sydney. We'll be sharing clues, updates and locations via Litecard, SMS and our social channels throughout the day.

- How do I receive a Scratch & Win card?
If you're a Bonds Rewards member, simply make an eligible purchase in-store or online during the promotional period while signed in to your account. You'll receive one Scratch & Win card per qualifying transaction, while stocks last. There's no minimum spend required.
- Are all customers eligible to participate?
The Scratch & Win promotion is exclusive to Bonds Rewards members.
If you're not already a member, you can join for free online or in-store before making your purchase.
- How do customers become a Bonds Rewards member?
Customers can join the Bonds Rewards program online or in-store. Membership is free and provides access to exclusive offers, rewards, promotions and member-only experiences.
- Do members need to be signed in to participate?
Yes. Members must be signed in to their Bonds Rewards account at the time of purchase to be eligible for the 24/7 Scratch & Win promotion.
- What happens if we run out of the Scratch & Win cards?
Scratch & Win cards are available while stocks last. If cards have run out, don't worry -eligible Bonds Rewards members can still enter our Second Chance Draw for another chance to win.

- How will customers know if they have won?
Simply scratch the panel on your card to reveal your result. If you've won, your prize details and redemption instructions will be shown straight away.

- Can customers participate more than once?
Eligible members will receive one Scratch & Win card per qualifying transaction, subject to scratchie availability.
- I lost my Scratch & Win card. Can I get a replacement?
Unfortunately, lost, stolen or damaged Scratch & Win cards can't be replaced, so make sure you keep your card until you've redeemed your prize.
- My code isn't working. What should I do?
Please double-check you've entered the code exactly as it appears on your Scratch & Win card.
If you're still having trouble, contact Customer Care and we'll look into it for you.
- What happens if I didn't receive a Scratch & Win card with my purchase?
First, check that you were signed in to your Bonds Rewards account when you made your purchase.

- Why isn’t this promotion open to NZ Bonds Rewards members?
This promotion is part of an Australia-only campaign and is limited to Australian residents. Because of this, it’s only available to Bonds Rewards members who are based in Australia and meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

- What is the live music event?
As part of 24/7 Day, Bonds will host an exclusive live music event in Sydney featuring an iconic Aussie musician. Access will be available through ballot form system exclusively for Bonds Members.
- How do I gain access to the Live Gig?
Tickets are available through an exclusive member ballot.
Eligible Bonds Rewards members who received the invitation email can enter by downloading their Bonds wallet pass and completing the ballot during the promotion period.
- How do I enter the ballot?
Before entering the ballot, make sure you:

- What do winners receive?
Winners will receive one double pass to the exclusive Keli Holiday live event in Sydney, giving entry for themselves and one guest.
- What do I need to have ready when completing the ballot?

- How many times can I enter?
Only one (1) entry per eligible entrant is permitted.
Automated or fraudulent entries are not permitted.
- How are winners selected?
Fifty (50) winners will be randomly drawn from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
- When does the ballot close?
The ballot closes at 11:59pm AEST on Monday 20 July. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
- How many tickets can I receive?
Successful entrants will receive one double pass, providing entry for themselves and one guest.

- When will winners be notified?
Winners will be notified by email by end of day Wednesday 22 July 2026.
Winners may be required to confirm attendance within a specified timeframe.
- Can I transfer my prize or give it to someone else?
No. Tickets are non-transferable and can't be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- Can I bring a guest?
Yes. Each double pass includes entry for one (1) guest, subject to eligibility requirements
- What if I can no longer attend?
Winners should follow the instructions in their confirmation email. Attendance changes may be limited and subject to availability and event terms.
- What if I don’t have my Bonds wallet pass on the day?
You'll need to present your Bonds wallet pass when attending the event. If you can't show your wallet pass, you may not be able to enter.
- Is food and drink included?
Yes. Food and beverages will be provided at the event.
- Who do I contact if I need help?

The Merch Drop is an exclusive Rewards 24/7 Day activation giving Bonds Rewards members the chance to receive a limited-edition Bonds band tee.
- Why is there a Merch Drop?
The Merch Drop gives members outside of Sydney who may not be able to attend the Live Gig an opportunity to take part in Rewards 24/7 Day and receive an exclusive campaign band tee.
- How do I receive the limited-edition band tee?
Head into one of the participating stores on Rewards 24/7 Day, and if you’re one of the first 10 Bonds Rewards members through the door, you’ll score a limited-edition Keli Holiday band tee.

- Can I receive more than one band tee?
No. Limit of one (1) band tee per eligible Bonds Rewards member, while stocks last.
- Can someone collect a band tee on my behalf?
No. Members must be present and show their own Bonds Rewards card in their digital wallet to claim their band tee.
- Can I reserve a band tee?
No. Band tees cannot be reserved or held and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- What happens if I arrive after all the band tees have been claimed?
Once all limited-edition Bonds band tees have been given out at a store, there won’t be any more available at that location. Unfortunately, once they’re gone, they’re gone.
- Will there be another Merch Drop or a restock?
No. The limited-edition Bonds band tee is exclusive to Rewards 24/7 Day and will not be restocked once it has been claimed.
