HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Free shipping is available on all orders for Bonds & Me members when shipped to an Australian address. Not a Bonds & Me member? No problem, sign up here!
For non-members we also offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $59 (excluding eGift Cards, which don't require shipping) or for $6.95 on orders under $59. Express shipping is $9.95 Australia-wide. Pick your day shipping is $5.50 for Weekday evening delivery and $7.70 for Saturday delivery for orders over $59 and Bonds & Me members. For orders under $59, Pick your day shipping is $12.45 for Weekday evening delivery and $14.65 for Saturday delivery. International shipping charges vary (see below).
eGift Cards don't require shipping, therefore there is no shipping cost unless you are not a member and the gift card is purchased with products totalling less than $59, in which case you will be charged a shipping fee.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
In Australia we use Australia Post eParcel to get your goods to you. Once your order has left our warehouse, standard delivery can take up to 7 business days. Express shipping usually takes up to 2 business days to be delivered. Pick your day delivery will be delivered in the requested time selected, weekday evening or Saturday. International estimated delivery timeframe is up to 14 business days.
Please allow an additional 5 business days for personalised items to be delivered. Express shipping is unavailable for personalised items due to the time it takes to custom print each design.
Israel deliveries are currently impacted by delays.

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping notification email to keep you in the loop. For Australian deliveries the email will contain your eParcel tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website.
Don't stress if it doesn't work immediately - it often takes up to 4 hours for it to be searchable in the system.

I WON'T BE AT HOME/WORK TO RECEIVE MY ORDER. HELP!
No probs! We have three convenient options for you to choose from if delivering to your home or work isn't possible.
Option 1: Click & Collect
Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to order online and collect from your preferred store. Simply add your items to your shopping bag, select Click & Collect from the options at checkout, choose your preferred store and complete your transaction (personalised items are excluded from this service). You'll then receive an email confirming your order and be notified of when your goods are ready for pick-up. There are no delivery charges and it means you don't have to wait around at home for your order. Plus, you can try on your goods in store and if you don't like them, or they don't fit, you can return it on the spot. Too easy!
Option 2: Parcel Locker
Australia Post's secure 24/7 Parcel Lockers offers an easy and convenient alternative. To select this delivery option at checkout, you must first create a free Australia Post MyPost account. Once you've created your account, you can select this option at checkout (personalised items are excluded from this service). You don’t need to pay for using the Parcel Locker and delivery is free for orders over $59 or for $6.95 on orders under $59. If you have any questions, please contact Australia Post.
Option 3: Post Office
Another option is to have your order delivered to your local Post Office. You can select this shipping option and your preferred Post Office by entering your postcode during the checkout process. Delivery is free for orders over $59 or for $6.95 on orders under $59.

Yes! We deliver to the countries listed below; simply enter your address during checkout.
International estimated delivery timeframe is up to 14 business days. Please note due to COVID-19 some delivery timeframes may be impacted.
WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND FEES?
Your order will be charged in Australian (AUD) dollars but will exclude Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). Because customs policies vary from country to country, international orders may be subject to local customs charges. We cannot mark international orders as a gift as a way of bypassing or reducing customs fees. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. If goods are above the threshold and customs entry is required, our logistics partner will charge an additional admin handling fee for customs clearance. For more information about your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
