HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Free shipping is available on all orders for Bonds Rewards members when shipped to an Australian address. Not a Bonds Rewards member? No problem, sign up here!
For non-members we also offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $59 (excluding eGift Cards, which don't require shipping) or for $8.95 on orders under $59. Express shipping is $11.95 Australia-wide. International shipping charges vary (see below).
eGift Cards don't require shipping, therefore there is no shipping cost unless you are not a member and the gift card is purchased with products totalling less than $59, in which case you will be charged a shipping fee.
A minimum cart spend of $29.00 (after all discounts and vouchers have been added and excluding any delivery fees) applies for your first purchase under your membership using a Bonds Rewards voucher if made online.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
In Australia we use Australia Post eParcel to get your goods to you. Once your order has left our warehouse, standard delivery can take up to 7 business days. Express shipping usually takes up to 2 business days to be delivered. International estimated delivery timeframe is up to 14 business days.
Israel deliveries are currently impacted by delays.

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping notification email to keep you in the loop. For Australian deliveries the email will contain your eParcel tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website.
Don't stress if it doesn't work immediately - it often takes up to 4 hours for it to be searchable in the system.

I WON'T BE AT HOME/WORK TO RECEIVE MY ORDER. HELP!
No probs! We have two convenient options for you to choose from if delivering to your home or work isn't possible.
Option 1: Click & Collect
Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to order online and collect from your preferred store. Simply add your items to your shopping bag, select Click & Collect from the options at checkout, choose your preferred store and complete your transaction. You'll then receive an email confirming your order and be notified of when your goods are ready for pick-up. There are no delivery charges and it means you don't have to wait around at home for your order. Plus, you can try on your goods in store and if you don't like them, or they don't fit, you can return it on the spot. Too easy!
Option 2: Ship to a Collection Point

WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND FEES?
Your order will be charged in Australian (AUD) dollars but will exclude Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). Because customs policies vary from country to country, international orders may be subject to local customs charges. We cannot mark international orders as a gift as a way of bypassing or reducing customs fees. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. If goods are above the threshold and customs entry is required, our logistics partner will charge an additional admin handling fee for customs clearance. For more information about your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
