Faulty Item

I have received a faulty item, what can I do?

We take great care to ensure our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault you can return your item for a refund or replacement via our online returns system by processing it as a faulty return (Australian orders only). In instances where your order was delivered more than 60 days ago, or was delivered outside of Australia, please contact our Customer Service team on 1800 806 906 (between 9am and 4pm AEDT Monday to Friday). Bonds will ensure all costs associated with returned faulty goods, including delivery, is at no expense to you, including international orders.

You can return any product at any time if it is faulty, provided you have proof of purchase.

I’ve received the wrong item with my order, what can I do?

My item is faulty over 60 days, what can I do?

Take a photo of the item and email it, along with your order number (if applicable), to our Customer Service Team for further assistance.

You can return any product at any time if it is faulty, provided you have proof of purchase.

Refunds for International orders

  • All payments and refunds are made in Australian dollars.
  • Bonds accepts no liability for any currency exchange movement between the date an order is placed and the date a refund is issued.
