Your order may have been split and sent in more than one parcel. Please enter your tracking number on the Australia Post Website and this will show you how many parcels are being sent. Look for the drop down menu where you can select the individual parcels and see the status of each parcel.
Our Customer Service team will need lodge an enquiry with Australia Post to find out the whereabouts of your parcel. Contact the team via email or on 1800 806 906 (Monday – Friday, 9am-4pm AEDT). Please allow up to five business days from when we lodge the enquiry for Australia Post to respond to us.

A 'complete' order means it's been sent from our end, not necessarily that it's been received on your end. For up-to-the-minute information on the whereabouts of your order, please check the tracking information emailed to you or via the Australia post website.
