How long does shipping take?

We use Australia Post eParcel to get your goods to you. Once your order has left our warehouse, standard delivery can take up to 7 business days. Please allow an additional 5 business days for personalised items to be delivered.

How long will my personalised item take?

Because of the custom printing process, personalised product can take a little longer to be delivered than usual. Depending on where you live within Australia, please allow up to 14 business days for your product to arrive.

If you haven't received your product within this time, and you haven't received a notification from us of a delay, please contact Customer Service on 1800 806 906 (between 9AM - 4PM AEDT Monday - Friday) or email. For more information, please check out the following: www.bonds.com.au/mybonds

I’ve made an error with my billing address. What does this mean?

Not to worry, as long as your delivery address details are correct your billing address won't be affected.

I won't be home/work to receive my order, what can I do?

No probs! We have three convenient options for you to choose from if delivering to your home or work isn't possible. Please note: that our parcels do not require signature on delivery.

Option 1: Click & Collect

Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to order online and collect from your preferred store. Simply add your items to your shopping bag, select Click & Collect from the options at checkout, choose your preferred store and complete your transaction (personalised items are excluded from this service). You'll then receive an email confirming your order and be notified of when your goods are ready for pick-up. There are no delivery charges and it means you don't have to wait around at home for your order. Plus, you can try on your goods in store and if you don't like them, or they don't fit, you can return it on the spot. Too easy!

Option 2: Parcel Locker

Australia Post's secure 24/7 Parcel Lockers offers an easy and convenient alternative. To select this delivery option at checkout, you must first create a free Australia Post MyPost account. Once you've created your account, you can select this option at checkout (personalised items are excluded from this service). You don’t need to pay for using the Parcel Locker and delivery is free for orders over $49 or for $5.95 on orders under $49. If you have any questions, please contact Australia Post.

Option 3: Post Office

Another option is to have your order delivered to your local Post Office. You can select this shipping option and your preferred Post Office by entering your postcode during the checkout process. Delivery is free for orders over $49 or for $5.95 on orders under $49.

What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to order online and collect your goods from any Bonds or Bonds Kids store (personalised items excluded). It is not available at Bonds Outlet store or independent retailers who stock Bonds products. It's perfect for those who don't wish to receive their order at home or work. Find out how it works here.

Can I arrange for someone else to pick up my Click and Collect order?

As long as they have your order confirmation email, featuring the QR code, they can collect the order on your behalf.

I placed an express shipping order but I have yet to receive it. Why?

Express shipping orders placed before 11am (AEDT) on business days may take up to 1-2 business days to arrive for metro locations. If you're still waiting for your order beyond this timeframe, please contact Customer Service via email or on 1800 806 906 (Monday – Friday, 9am-4pm AEDT).

Where has your express shipping option gone?

During peak sales periods, express shipping is temporarily unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience.

How will I know when my order has been safe dropped?

With the tracking number supplied to you by us it will stated by Australia Post it has been delivered with Safe Drop.
