Yes, if you're in Australia, you can redeem your $5 Bonds Bucks reward voucher/s at any Bonds store and Outlet locations.
Redemption of the $5 Bonds Bucks reward voucher outside of Australia is only available on the Bonds.com.au website.
Can I use my Bonds Bucks reward voucher in conjunction with other promotions?
Yes you can! There may be some exclusions for specific promos, make sure you check the T&Cs when you're shopping an offer on our website, at Bonds stores and Bonds Outlet.
Is there a minimum spend to use my Bonds Bucks reward voucher?
Nope! You can redeem your Bonds Bucks reward voucher without a minimum spend.
Can I use more than one Bonds Bucks reward voucher in one transaction?
No limit! You can stack as many $5 Bonds Bucks reward vouchers available in your account within one transaction.
Do my Bonds Bucks reward vouchers expire?
Yes, they do. $5 Bonds Bucks reward vouchers are valid for either 30 days or 3 months, depending on which Rewards method you've selected.
Manual Rewards: valid for 30 days once activated.
Automatic Rewards: valid for 3 months from date of issue.
Be sure to check the terms of each reward voucher in the 'Voucher' section of your online account.
What happens to my Bonds Bucks reward voucher if I make a return on something I bought with my reward?
Bonds Bucks discount vouchers are single-use only and won't be reinstated into your account once redeemed.
Where can I spend my Bonds Bucks reward voucher?
Your $5 reward vouchers are valid in any Bonds full price store, Outlet and on bonds.com.au
Any members with an online account on bonds.com.au and live outside of Australia can only redeem their reward vouchers on bonds.com.au.
When will I receive my vouchers?
Accumulate 100 points and you'll be rewarded with a $5 Bonds Bucks discount voucher. You'll be notified by email and all rewards will be housed in your account.
How do I redeem my $5 Bonds Bucks reward voucher?
Spending it online: Ensure you're logged in when shopping online and all your available rewards will appear at checkout.
Spending in store: Scan your member QR code and let our teams know at the register which voucher/s you'd like to use.
Please note redemption of the $5 Bonds Bucks reward voucher outside of Australia is only available on the Bonds.com.au website.
What is an Anniversary gift?
Every year on the date you joined Bonds Rewards, you'll receive a treat from us. What form you receive it as depends on the rewards method you've chosen:
Manual Rewards: 150 points.
Automatic Rewards: $5 Bonds Bucks reward voucher + 50 points.
All rewards are added to your account and live in the 'Vouchers' and/or 'My Points' section. Your joining date is also displayed on the 'Account Details' page. Anytime you earn a reward, you'll get an email notification, so be sure to stay subscribed.
Are $5 Bonds Bucks reward vouchers the same as Bonds gift cards?
No, they are not. $5 Bonds Bucks reward vouchers are not a form of tender and have different expiry to a Bonds gift card.
Do I get my $5 Bonds Bucks voucher back if I return something I bought it with?
Sadly, no. $5 Bonds Bucks reward vouchers are single-use only and won't be reinstated into your account once it's been redeemed or refunded in value during a change of mind return.
I didn't spend the entire $5 of my Bonds Bucks reward voucher; what happens to the leftover amount?
Any unused amount won’t be refunded or carried over— be sure to spend the full $5 in your Bonds Bucks reward voucher.
What happens to my $5 Bonds Bucks if Bonds refunds me due to out of stock issue?
If your order or part of your order was refunded due to a stock error, any $5 Bonds Bucks reward voucher/s used will be reinstated and available in your account.
