Free returns for 60 days!

Bonds provides free return postage for all Australian orders. You can also return all orders (including online orders) to your nearest Bonds stores (including Bonds, Bonds Kids and Bonds Outlet Stores but excluding Bonds Clearance Stores).

How can I return an order by mail?

  • Place the item(s) you would like to return in to the Bonds Satchel.

  • Stick a return label on to the bag.

  • Drop the package off at any Australia Post store or any red post box.

How can I return an order in-store?

  • Bring your item(s) and receipt (either physical or emailed invoice) in to your nearest Bonds store. Check to see if you're eligible for a return - in store.

General Return Policy Change of Mind

The following Change of Mind policy applies to both in-store and online returns:

  • Items purchased more than 60 days ago cannot be returned.
  • Used items, washed items and items without the original tags/labels attached cannot be returned.
  • Underwear cannot be returned by mail. Due to hygiene reasons, change of mind returns are only accepted in-store with proof of purchase, hygiene stickers and original tags attached. (Bras can be returned).
  • Gifts cards cannot be returned.
  • Masks cannot be returned.
  • International orders cannot be returned.
  • Swimwear without the hygiene sticker attached cannot be returned.
  • Non-Bonds products such as hosiery (e.g Voodoo, Kayser, Sheer Relief, Razzamatazz etc) cannot be returned.
  • Items marked as excluded from change of mind returns on the website or purchased from the Outlet section of the website www.bonds.com.au/outlet, a Warehouse and/or Clearance Sale cannot be returned.

All products returned by mail must meet the General Return Policy for Change of Mind, unless faulty. You can only return items purchased online by mail. Items purchased in a store cannot be returned by mail and must be returned to store – see Store return policy for more details. You can return any product you purchase from us at any time if it is faulty, provided you have proof of purchase.

What can I return in store that I can't return by mail?
  • Underwear Underwear.
  • Bonds Hosiery Bonds Hosiery.
What store can I return to?
  • Online purchases can be returned either via mail, or to any Bonds, Bonds Outlet or Bonds Kids store.
  • If purchased at a Bonds, Bonds Outlet or Bonds Kids store, items can be returned to any Bonds, Bonds Outlet or Bonds Kids store.
  • If purchased at one of our partner retailers, e.g. Myer, Target, Woolworths, Best & Less etc. returns must be made via that specific retailer.
  • If purchased through Click & Collect, returns can be made via our online returns system or at any Bonds, Bonds Kids or Bonds Outlet store.
