How much does shipping cost?
For non-members we also offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $59 (excluding eGift Cards, which don't require shipping) or for $6.95 on orders under $59. Express shipping is $9.95 Australia-wide. International shipping charges vary (see below). Pick your day shipping is $5.50 for Weekday evening delivery and $7.70 for Saturday delivery for orders over $59 and Bonds & Me members. For orders under $59, Pick your day shipping is $12.45 for Weekday evening delivery and $14.65 for Saturday delivery.
Why are Bonds now charging for shipping?
Free shipping is available on all orders for Bonds & Me members when shipped to an Australian address. For non-members, free shipping is still available when you spend over $59 (excluding online eGift Cards, which don't require shipping) otherwise $6.95 is applied. We've worked hard to keep our shipping costs low for you, but by making this change we're ensuring we can continue to offer delivery for shoppers across Australia for the long term.
Alternatively, we also have our wide network of Bonds Stores which you can shop from (no shipping required!). You can also find us at our retail partners such as Myer, David Jones, Best & Less, Woolworths, Target, etc and we still offer our Click & Collect service at no cost to you.
Why doesn’t the value amount of my eGift card qualify me for free shipping?
Good question! We offer electronic gift cards for purchase on our website here, which we send to you via email. As they do not require shipping the dollar value of your eGift Card is exempt from the total amount of your order when added with other products totalling less than $59. In this case, a shipping charge is applied. If your eGift Card is added to orders containing products totalling over $59, you qualify for free shipping irrespective of the value of the eGift Card.
eGift Cards purchased alone don't require shipping, as such there is no shipping cost.
