If you are a current member of Bonds Rewards (our loyalty program for Bonds.com.au) and an email subscriber, you will be automatically sent emails related to our bonds.com.au/outlet promotions and news. If you aren’t a current member but subscribed to Bonds Outlet emails, we have moved across your details to our Bonds database.

Are you also closing your physical Bonds Outlet Stores?

What is Bonds Rewards?

Bonds Rewards is a loyalty program where members accumulate points when they shop in Bonds stores, on the Bonds website and at Bonds Outlet stores. Every $1 spent equals 1 point earned, and once you reach 100 points, members are rewarded with a $5 Bonds Bucks voucher.

How do I join Bonds Rewards?

You can join Bonds Rewards via our website, by scanning a QR code in any of our stores and at the register in any of our Bonds stores and Bonds Outlet stores.

If you were previously a Bonds & Me member, you will be automatically be added into the refreshed Bonds Rewards program.

Who can join Bonds Rewards?

Bonds Rewards is a global loyalty program and you don't need to live in Australia to be a member. As long as we ship to your destination, you're able to join Bonds Rewards.

If you are under 18 years old, you'll need parental consent to join the program.

What benefits do I get as a Bonds Rewards member?

So many things! As a member, you'll get a Welcome gift, $5 Bonds Bucks voucher for every 100 points, free shipping, free returns, Anniversary gift, plus member-exclusive deals.

I was a Bonds and Me member and didn't get points in my account when Bonds Rewards launched, but other people did. Where are my points?

For the launch of Bonds Rewards, we gifted points to existing members of our previous Bonds & Me loyalty program who shopped products within the last 12 months at our Bonds stores or on Bonds.com.au.

I don't live in Australia. Can I still earn points?

Yep, you sure can! Anyone in the world can be part of the Bonds Rewards loyalty program and earn points on every product purchase when shopping at Bonds.com.au.

How do I subscribe to Bonds Rewards emails?

For Bonds Rewards NZ, please tell our teams you'd like to receive your member emails when you become a member. You can do also do this after you join.

For Bonds Rewards online, you can subscribe at Bonds.com.au.

Can I sign up with the same email address for Bonds Rewards NZ and Bonds Rewards online?

You can sign up with the same email address for Bonds Rewards NZ and Bonds Rewards online, but please note that the two programs are not connected to each other.

Can I merge my online account and NZ in store account together?

Unfortunately, no. If you have an account in both Bonds Rewards NZ and Bonds Rewards online, they cannot be merged as they are separate programs.

How do I check my points balance for Bonds Rewards NZ?

As Bonds Rewards NZ members, our in store teams will be able to share your points balance with you, as well as any available rewards in your account.

For Bonds Rewards online, please log in and check your My Account section for your online balance and available rewards.

Can I use my Bonds Bucks vouchers earned online in a New Zealand Bonds store?

Sadly, no. Bonds Bucks vouchers earned as part of the Bonds Rewards online program are only redeemable on Bonds.com.au.

Why can't I use my NZ Bonds Bucks vouchers on bonds.com.au?

As Bonds Rewards NZ is a separate program to Bonds Rewards online, any points earned and rewards available are not transferrable between the two.

Where can I spend my NZ Bonds Bucks vouchers?

Bonds Bucks vouchers earned as part of the Bonds Rewards NZ in store program are only redeemable at Bonds New Zealand stores.
