If you are a current member of Bonds Rewards (our loyalty program for Bonds.com.au) and an email subscriber, you will be automatically sent emails related to our bonds.com.au/outlet promotions and news. If you aren’t a current member but subscribed to Bonds Outlet emails, we have moved across your details to our Bonds database.

Are you also closing your physical Bonds Outlet Stores?

What is Bonds Rewards?

Bonds Rewards is a loyalty program where members accumulate points when they shop products in Bonds stores, on the Bonds website and at Bonds Outlet stores.

$1 spent on products equals 1 point earned. To receive a $5 Bonds Bucks reward voucher, members must reach 100 points. Those 100 points instantly convert to a $5 reward voucher or members can choose to bank their points and activate their own vouchers.

How do I join Bonds Rewards?

You can join Bonds Rewards via our website, by scanning a QR code in any of our stores and at the register in any of our Bonds stores and Bonds Outlet stores.

If you were previously a Bonds & Me member, you will be automatically be added into the refreshed Bonds Rewards program.

Who can join Bonds Rewards?

Bonds Rewards is a global loyalty program and you don't need to live in Australia to be a member. As long as we ship to your destination, you're able to join Bonds Rewards.

If you are under 18 years old, you'll need parental consent to join the program.

What benefits do I get as a Bonds Rewards member?

So many things! As a member, you'll get a Welcome gift, $5 Bonds Bucks discount voucher for every 100 points, free shipping, free returns, Anniversary gift, plus member-exclusive deals.

How do I add my birthday to my account?

You can add your date of birth when you sign up on the sign up form or in 'My Account'.

Log in, select 'Account Details' and add your date of birth. Please note that you can only do this once.

Can customer service activate an online account for customers who call?

Yes. As long as we're using the same email address as the one used in store, the online account will be activated and merged.

Can I have a joint account with members of my family?

Sharing is caring, but in this case, only one email and mobile number can be used per account. Plus, think of the rewards your friends & family could be getting by being a member!

Do I earn points when I redeem my $5 Bonds Bucks reward voucher?

No, your $5 Bonds Bucks reward vouchers won't be converted into points when redeemed as it is not a tender.

Will I earn points on donations to Minus18 or Red Nose?

Points are only earned on product purchases, but not donations or gift card purchases.

My purchase was $34.70 but I only earned 34 points, no 35. Why is that?

The points calculated on product purchases are rounded down to the nearest dollar.

I made a purchase before 25th July. Can I have my points backdated?

Unfortunately, no. Points will only be applied to purchases made once Bonds Rewards is live on the Bonds website and in stores. Any dollar amount spent prior to 25th July AEST will not be backdated in points. Sorry!

To ensure you gain points when you shop, make sure you are logged into your account on our website, or scan your member QR code when purchasing in stores & Outlets.

Where do I earn points?

You'll earn points whenever you shop products (excluding gift cards) in our Bonds stores, on our website and Outlet stores. Each $1 spent equates to 1 point earnt as a member.

Make sure you're logged in online or you've scanned your member code in store before finalising your purchase. Purchases at any Bonds Clearance stores will not be converted to points.

I received points that I didn't earn and I'm unsure why.

Sometimes we'll send members a gift in the form of either points or a $5 reward voucher on different occasions. We'll always notify you via email when this happens, so make sure to stay subscribed.

Why did someone I know get a reward that I didn't?

We might hold certain offers for specific groups of customers at any given time, but there's always plenty of love to go around. As a member, you'll always be notified via email, SMS or push notifications for exciting offers and promos if you're subscribed to our channels.
